CE 970 Orchid 2010 January 18,2010
Dear Rusty, .
After our conversation on the phone last week,Michelle and I have done a lot of
thinking. You specifically said that you feel you are"living in an unsafe environment."
We would never want any of our tenants to feel this way. You told us that you called
Atlantic Beach and filed a complaint about potential hazards to you, your girlfriend, and
baby. Since then we have contacted the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Officer to
come out to the property to inspect for hazardous or unsafe living conditions, per your
stated complaint given to us over the phone on 01/11/10. The officer told us he would
come out upon your request for inspection.
If you feel that you are`living in an unsafe environment,"we are granting you the
permission to submit in writing 15 days in advance dud you will be vacating the premises
and we will allow you to terminate the lease with no early termination penalties.
Whether you choose to terminate the lease early by submitting your 15 days written
notice or continue the lease to full term ending March 31,2010,you are still required to
fulfill the obligations that you would have to fulfill as stated in the residential deed of
lease upon move out, which was agreed and signed by you.
Please respond accordingly if your intention is to terminate the lease prior to the date
stated in the lease agreement, date being March 31,2010.
Thank DDi E
