I live 2 doors east of the Wilsons Residence which has been abandoned for well over 5 years. Approximately last October we were informed by the daughters (Artie & Mary) that the mother(Julianne) had been committed, they were cleaning out the house. They informed me that the estate was in the hands of an attorney/guardian. Two issues. 1. The house is not secure, is an eyesore, has an unregistered white van sitting in front of it and has rodent infestation ... they (rodents) have found their way to my garage and pool shed 2 2. 1 would like to communicate with the guardian and make an offer to purchase the property. Any assistance in these 2 matters would be greatly appreciated.
