Dear Mr. Tucker:
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of Chapter 21, Section 21-16(b)Manner of Parking—"No vehicle,trailer,boat,
equipment of any kind shall be temporarily or permanently parked or placed in any location on
public or private property,which interferes with the safe and clear and unobstructed sight
distance of any rights-of-way intended or designated for use by pedestrians,bicycles,and
vehicles"of the City of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances.
This letter requests you comply by removal of and cease storage of the boat trailer in the
public right of way within five(5)days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after July 6.2010. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violation(s)on this notice must be compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health,safety and welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly
