known as: 1823 Selva Grande,Atlantic Beach,38-28 09-2S-29E Selva Tierra,RE#169542-5038
Dear Mr.Lambert;
Plesse be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 3,Section 302A—Weeds per international Property Maintenance Code which
states it is a nuisance"For any person to allow vegetation other than cultivated plants,shrubs,or trees to exceed a
height of more than twelve(12)inches on any developed lot,or within twenty(20)feet of any occupied residential
property,business property,or city right of way.
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by cutting the lawn within ten(10)days from receipt
of this letter. -
A re-inspection will be done on/or after May 30,2010. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting
the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative
expenses,which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty 30 days after receiving the billing,
the invoice amount plus advertising costs will be posted as a lien on the property.Upon completing the corrective
action(s)required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an
inspection to verify compliance.
It is am goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,
safety and welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.Please contact

Dear Mr.Lambert;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to be in
violation of Chapter 3,Section 302.1—Sanitation per international Property Maintenance Code,which states"All
exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clew,safe and sanitary condition. The occupant shall keep that
par[of the exterior property which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary condition."
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the rubbish and yard debris from your property
within ren days from receipt of this letter. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected
by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if
the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250
a day for each day the violation is not corrected.
A re-inspection will be done odor after May 30,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement case set for hewing
all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective actions)required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code
