Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the properly at the above referenced address to be in
violation of Chapter 3,Section 304-6—Exterior Wails which states"All exterior walls shall be free from holes,breaks,
and loose or rotting materials;and maintained weatherproof and properly surface coated where required to prevent
deterioration." Your property is also in violation of Chapter 3,Section 304.10—Decks and Balconies which states
"Every exterior stairway,deck,porch and balcony and all appurtenances attached thereto,shall be maintained
structurally sound,in good repair,with proper anchorage and capable of supporting the imposed loads". Premises
identification which states"Buildings shall have approved address numbers placed in a position to be plainly legible and
visible from the street or road fronting the property."and Chapter 3,Section 304.13—Door Frames which states"Every
door and frame shall be kept in sound condition,good repair and weather tight."
This letter requests the noted violations arc corrected by ensuring that door frame is kept in sound and weather tight
condition,deck is structurally sound and in good repair and that an exterior was are free from rotting materials with 15
days from receipt of this letter.If the violations are corrected and then recur m ifthe violations are not cortected by the
time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the
violations have been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a
day for each day the violation is not corrected.
A re-inspection will be done odor before February 26,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement case set for
hearing all listed violation(s)on this notice most be in compliance con or before the date established by Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required,it is year responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement and armage for an inspection to verify compliance.

welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.Please contact Atlantic
