Dear Mr.Pascaley;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to
be in violation of Chapter 3,Section 302.4—Weeds per International Property Maintenance Code which states it is a
nuisance'For any person m allow vegetation other than cultivated plants,shrubs,or trees to exceed a height of more
than twelve(12)inches on any developed Im,or within twenty(20)feet of any occupied residential property,
business property,or city right of way.
This letter request the noted violations be connected by cutting the Is"within ten(10)days from posting of this
notice.
A reinspection will be done on/or atter April 17,2010. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting the
violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%ofthe work to cover the City's administrative expenses,
which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty 30 days after receiving the billing,the invoice
amount plus advertising costs will be posted as a lien on the property.Upon completing the corrective action(s)
required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to
verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,safety and
welfare of the City, and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic
