Dear Mr.Whittingslow;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 21,Section 21-17(bXc)Per Atlantic Beach Code to Ordinances which
states"(b)On any city right -way within seven(">)feet,0 a public driveway,or private driveway upon
complaink and(c)Within twenty(20)feet of an intersection".
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the boat parked on the city right violation if the way
