Chapter 4, Section 401.2—Responsibility at property known as: 740 Sailfish Drive,Atlantic Beach,

Dear Ms.Flores;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 3,Section 302.1 per City of Atlantic Beach Code which states"All
exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean,safe and sanitary condition. The oceupsm
shall keep that part of the exterior property which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary
condition."
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by maintaining the property in a clean condition and
ensuring that no one is living in the house until utilities service(electricity and plumbing) are turned on
within ten days from receipt of this letter.If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not
corrected by the time specked in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement Board even ifthe violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code
Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected.
A re-inspection will be done on/or before December 23,2009. To avoid having this Code Enforcement
case set for hearing,all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date

Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 3,Section 307.1—Accumulation of Rubbish or Garbage per
International Property Maintenance Code which states"All exterior property and premises,and the interior
of every structure,shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage".
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing all the yard trash and tree trimmings
from the front yard within ten days from posting of this notice. If the violation is corrected and then recurs
or if the violation is not corrected by the time specked in this notice this case may he presented to the
Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been connected prior to the board meeting.
The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected.

Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to
be in violation of Chapter 3,Section 302.4—Weeds per International Property Maintenance Code which states it is a
nuisance"For any person to allow vegetation other than cultivated plants,shrubs,or trees to exceed a height of more
than twelve(12)inches on any developed l06 or within twenty(20)feet of any occupied residential property,
business property,or city right of way.
This letter request the noted violations be corrected by cutting the lawn within ten(10)days from receipt of this
letter.
A reinspection will be done odor after April 17,2010. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting the
violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%ofthe work to cover the City's administrative expenses,
which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty 30 days after receiving the billing,the invoice
amount plus advertising costs will he posted as a lien on the property.Upon completing the corrective action(s)
