Registration shall be required for each such use of any temporary storage structures.,, This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the storage container upon receipt of this notice. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Cale Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected. 4 A re-inspection will be done on/or before March 29,2010. The property is also in violation of Chapter 24,Section 24-163(2)(3)—Recreational Vehicle per Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances which states"Recreational vehicles,travel trailers or motor homes shall not be inhabited or occupied,either temporarily or permanently,while parked or stored in MY area except in a trailer park designated for such use".
