Dear Ms.Koenig;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 24, Section 24-65(6x1)per City of Atlantic Beach Code which states
"Within all residential zoning districts,enclosed portable structures and accommodations intended only for
the temporary storage of personal household belongings of occupants of the property may be placed on the
Property for a period not to exceed four(4)days or ninety-six(96)hours. Registration shall be required for
each such use of any temporary storage structures.,,
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the storage container upon receipt of this
notice. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in
this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation
has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Cale Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a
day for each day the violation is not corrected. 4
A re-inspection will be done on/or before March 29,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement case f
set for hearing,all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established
by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required,it is you
responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify
compliance. _

Dear Ms.Koenig:
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to be in
violation of Chapter 3,Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles per International Property Maintenance Code which states
"Except as provided for in other regulations,no inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall o puked,�essorstated

ing
on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time he m a state of major disassembly,disrepair, P
stripped or dismantled." The property is also in violation of Chapter 24,Section 24-163(2)(3)—Recreational Vehicle
per Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances which states"Recreational vehicles,travel trailers or motor homes shall not be
inhabited or occupied,either temporarily or permanently,while parked or stored in MY area except in a trailer park
designated for such use".
This letter requests the noted violations be corrected by obtaining a valid tag for the unlicensed vehicle Or covering it
with a standard car cover when art in use. in addition,recreational vehicles shall not be inhabited or occupied while
parked in a residential zone and you will be required to cease habitation ofyoar RV within ten days from receipt of this
letter. if the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice
this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prim
to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not
corrected.
