Jean Lijoi 103 Dolphin Boulevard Ponce Vedra Beach,FL 32082 RE: Notice of Violation of Atlantic Beech Code of Ordinances,Chapter 24,Section 24-163—Storage and parking of commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles and equipment and repair of vehicles in residential Zoning districts at property known as: 633 Stocks Street,Atlantic Beach, 18-3417-2S-29E Atlantic Beach SEC H,RE#170913- 0700 Dew Ms.Lijoi; Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to be in violation of Chapter 24,Section 24-163(b)(l)per Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances which states"Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be subject to the following provisions:(1)Not more than one(1) recreational vehicle,boat or boat trailer,or other type of trailer shall he stored or parked on any residential lot which is five thousand(5,000)square feet in lot area or less. Minimum lot area of ten thousand(10,000)square feet is required for storage or parking of any second recreational vehicle,boat or boat trailer,or other type of trailer." This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the trailer from the residential property within on days upon receipt of this letter. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not cortxted by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected. A re-inspection will be done on/or after August 5,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement caseset for hearing,all listed violations)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
