Chapter 3,Section 307.1-Accumulation of rubbish or garbage and Section 307.2—Disposal of rubbish at property
known as:457 Sailfish Drive,Atlantic Beach,31-1 38-2S-29E Royal Palms Unit 2A,RE# 171374-0000

Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to be in
violation of several codes including:Chapter 3,Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles per International Property Maintenance
Code which states"Except as provided for in other regulations,no inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be
parked,kept or stored on my premises,and no vehicle shall many time be in a state of major disassembly,disrepair,or
in the process of being stripped or dismantled.",Chapter 3,Section 307.1—Accumulation of rubbish or garbage which
states"All exterior property and premises,and the interior of every structure,shall be free from my accumulation of
rubbish or garbage",and Chapter 3,Section 307.2—Disposal of rubbish which states"Every occupant of a structure
shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing such rubbish in approved containers."
This letter requests the noted violations be corrected by removing the inoperative vehicle from the property while
making major repairs within tar days from receipt of this letter. The property also needs to be cleared of all trash and
debris and my old car parts,tools,buckets,etc.should be disposed of properly. If the violations arecorrected and then
recur or if the violations are not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic
Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violations have been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code
Enforcement Board may impose fines up to 8250 a day for each day the violations are not corrected. Please now that
these code violations have existed since July of 2010.
A re-inspection will be done on/or after October 8,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement case set for
hearing,all listed violation(s)an this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective actions)required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is am goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,safety and
welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.Please contact Atlantic
