I am emailing you today at the request of residents of Pelican Dunes.....2279 Seminole Road.
Our neighbor in Unit 11 (Jim Varian) has elected to turn his property into a totally rundown
condition i.e. NO yard maintenance (paralelling Seminole Road), trees that need serious
trimming for safety as well as appearance, and out of control weeds, untrimmed bushes,
unpained structure, and mold behind the house. What, if anything, can the city do in order to
correct this city embarrasment?We do have a non-formal homeowners association, that Mr.
Varian has elected
not to participate in. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciaated by the other 10
residents!!
Obviously, as in other complaints you get, anonimity is requested.
