For two weeks resident has tried to get me to pick up bags of sod. They were too heavy and I
saw a trailer with a bunch more bags on it and asked him where it came from. He said he soded
his back yard and he would lighten load. Today I saw a man named Joe Clements who lived at
410 sailfish with yardwaste mixed with garbage so i explained how to seperate he then told me.
he had rental property at 115 saratoga next door to 111 and that this man kept throwing tires
and crap in his yard. He also said that a gold truck keeps coming up and dumping all those
bags. I just went back and took 3 pictures one of the bags and if you zoom in you can see a
bunch more bags by his house. I took a picture of Mr. Clements rental property next door and
the last picture I took was his back yard and you can see where it has not been soded Sent
