Your property is also in violation of Chapter 3,Section 307.1— Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage which states"All exterior property and premises,and the interior of every structure,shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage." This letter requests the noted violations be corrected by repairing or replacing the damaged fence and removing the accumulated trash and debris from your property within 30 days from receipt of this letter.If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prim to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected.
