structures and Chapter 3, Section 307.1—Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage at property known:

Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 3,Section 302.7—Accessory structures per International Property Code
which states"All accessory structures,including detached garages,fences and walls,shall be maintained
structurally sound and in good repair." Your property is also in violation of Chapter 3,Section 307.1—
Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage which states"All exterior property and premises,and the interior of
every structure,shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage."
This letter requests the noted violations be corrected by repairing or replacing the damaged fence and
removing the accumulated trash and debris from your property within 30 days from receipt of this letter.If
the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this
notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has
been corrected prim to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day
for each day the violation is not corrected.
A re-inspection will be done on/or before February 28,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement
case set for hearing,alt listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date
established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required,it is
your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify
compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,
safety and welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.Please

Brief Description of the Problem or Request: The property next to mine has a massive, sheet metal fence up
around his property. It is a hazard and an eye-sore. It has been there for a while and nothing has been done.
It is a definite and obvious code violation and detracts from my property and poses a safety hazard to my
tenants.
Location of the Problem or Request: My property is 91 Stanley Rd (last property on the left side of the
street). The problematic property is the property directly adjacent to mine, to the left.
