Marina Drive, LLC". Linda is working with Rex Williams from Signature Homes on the demolition. If you
have any questions on the ownership or legal structure, or would like additional confirmation,please feel free to
reach out to our lawyer, Clay Tousey, III at Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball
(http://www.fishertousey.com/index.html). Clay arranged the LLC for us and can answer any questions on that
front.
