Dear Mr.Torrence and Ms.McKee:
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the properly referenced above to be in
violation of City of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances,International Property Maintenance Code
Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles to wit:
VIOLATIONS
Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or kept or
stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at my time be in a state of disrepair,major disassembly or in
the process or being stripped or dismantled'.(Chevrolet and Honda,inoperable,invalid tags)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable,unlicensed
Chevrolet and Honda within ten(10)days from receipt of this notice.
A reinspection will be done on or before March 26,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the
Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date
established by Atlantic Beech Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty
($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,
safety and welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
