Dear Mr. Barden:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic
Beach Code of Ordinances to wit:
VIOLATION
Chapter 3, Swimming Pools,Spas and Hot Tubs,Section 303.1 Swimming Pools.
Swimming Pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair.
This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by cleaning and maintaining in a
clean and sanitary condition the swimming pool and call to schedule an inspection to verify
compliance with these requirements within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after June 14,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines
up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the
corrective action(s) required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

health, safety and welfare of the City,and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
