That in response to several complaints, the Atlantic Beach City Code Enforcement Officer identified the aforementioned property of being in violation of the following city codes: 1. Chapter 12, Sec 12-1 (b)(2): Trash and rubbish on the property 2. Chapter 12, Sec 12-1 (b) (7): Inoperable I unregistered vehicles illegally stored 3. Chapter 12,Sec 12-1 (b)(7): Inoperable boat and trailer in back yard 4. Chapter 12, Sec 12-1 (b)(11): Overgrown Lawn 5. Chapter 6,Sec 6-16: Fence and spa in disrepair Per our conversation I'm granting you until July 1,2009 to bring your property into compliance. This can be accomplished by: 1. Removing and properly disposing of any old lumber and trash from the property. 2. Removing the boat and cars from the property. 3. Cut the front and back yard. 4. Either reinstall missing fencing or remove the gate. 5. Repair spa or remove it and R's rotten decking. Furthermore I'd remind you of your responsibilities as a property owner and that violations of City Code can result in fines of$250.00 per violation, per day from the Code Enforcement board.
