Wilson, III, the owner of the single family residence located at 355 11th Street in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The Wilsons have asked me to intervene in this matter and I therefore enclose copies of the General Authorizations signed by the Wilsons so that your office and speak with me on this matter. It is my understanding that the City of Atlantic Beach may have condemned the residence or may have placed other restrictions on occupancy of the property.
