Dear Mr. Hanson:
This firm has the pleasure of representing Steven B. Wilson, Jr. and
Julianne Clark Wilson, guardians of Steven B. Wilson, III, the owner of the
single family residence located at 355 11th Street in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The
Wilsons have asked me to intervene in this matter and I therefore enclose
copies of the General Authorizations signed by the Wilsons so that your office
and speak with me on this matter.
It is my understanding that the City of Atlantic Beach may have
condemned the residence or may have placed other restrictions on occupancy
of the property. Ms. Wilson has a strong desire to refurbish the house and bring
it in full compliance with code so that she and her family can reside in the
house. To reach this point I will need to meet with the appropriate
representative of the City so that I can understand the task at-hand.
Please forward this letter to the appropriate authority and have that
person contact me office so that I may educate myself as to the issue involved
and so that I can review any material documents. My staff will assist you in
setting a meeting or conference at your convenience.
