It's so bad now that it actually feels like it's raining inside the front room and there's a waterfall upstairs. There's mold on some of the walls and the sides of the house have rotted in from termites. I recently had a swarm of 50000 termites in the house. The water main is busted, the faucet leaks, the toilet leaks and god knows what other plumbing problems there are. 38000 gallons were wasted last month alone and it's getting worse. I notified them about the termites three years ago, the roof two years ago and the water over two months ago. I pay a thousand a month and the house is falling down, what steps should I take to rectify this situation? House (flat roof a-frame) at 378 8th St definitely needs your touch, roof leaks in every room, mold and water staining down most walls, severe termite infestation, also appears some of the structure under the vinyl siding and interior sheet rock is gone.
