That while conducting a mutine drive though of your neighborhood,the Code Enforcement Officer observed that you were in violation of the following City Codes: Chapter 24,See 24-163(b)(2):Recreational boat parked/stored within the required 15-foot setback. You are hereby granted 10 days from receipt of this notification to bring your property into compliance. You recreational boat is in the 15 foot set back and must either be moved back 15 feet from the property line or remove it from the property.
