Consider this a Courtesy Notification of Violation. On May 5,2009,the Code Enforcement Officer
conducted an inspection of the aforementioned property and found you to be in violation of the following
City Codes.
1. Chapter 12,See(b)(11)Allowing brush and weeds to exceed 12 inches within 20 feet of a
residential property.
As Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Atlantic Beach,I am granting you until May 22,2009 to
bring year property into compliance. The lawn exceeds the allowable height and must be cut,not
including trees or vegetation protected by state or local laws within 20 feet of any residential property or
City Right of Way.
Failure to comply will result in the City correcting these violations at a cost of the work plus a charge
equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative expenses,which will be assessed to you the
propertyowner. If not paid in 30 days after receipt of billing the invoice amount plus advertising costs
will be posted as a lien on the property.
