Dear Ms.Branch,
Consider this letter an Official Notification of Violation. That on May 6,2009 you received a Courtesy
Notice of Violation for illegal outside storage and were granted 4 days to correct,on May 12,2009 you
were granted a verbal extension. To date you still are not in compliance and are in violation of the
following City Code:
Chapter 24,Sec 14-154(g): Prohibited Outside Storage
To eliminate any hardsbip,I am granting you 5 days from receipt of this notification to relocate or dispose
of any items that are stored outdoors that are not considered for outdoor use.
Furthermore you are reminded of your responsibilities as a resident of Atlantic Beach and that failure to
comply can result in fines of$500.00 per day,per violation from the Code Enforcement Board.
