Dear Mr. Matthews,
The purpose of this correspondence is to serve as an Official Notification of Violation. It
has been reported that you are operating or managing a business, "ATLANTIC
POWDER COATING" within the jurisdiction of City of Atlantic Beach without having
procured a current Business Tax Receipt (formally know as a Business License)from
the City of Atlantic Beach.
In an effort to eliminate any undue hardship, you are given 5 working days from receipt
of this letter to either apply for your Business Tax Receipt or provide proof of exemption
with the City Clerks Office. Failure to comply with this notification will be considered
non-compliance and will result in Code Enforcement action against you and your
business, and can result in fines of up to $500.00 per day per violation from the Code
Enforcement Board.
