in Residential Zoning Districts
Dear Mr.Prinz,
Consider this as a Courtesy Notification of Violation for violating Atlantic Beach City Code,Chapter 24,
Sec 24-63(b)(2). That while conducting a routine drive though of your neighborhood,the Code
Enforcement Officer observed that you were in violation of the following City Codes:
Chapter 24,See 24-163(b)(2):Recreational boat parked/stored within the required 15-11uot
setback
You are hereby granted 30 days from receipt of this notification to bring your property into compliance.
Your recreational boat is in the 15 foot set back and must be relocated 15 feet behind the fence line or
remove it from the property.
Furthermore I would like to remind you of your responsibilities as a homeowner and that continued
violations can incur fines of up to$500.00 per incident,per day from the Code Enforcement Board.
