This is to notify you,that a courtesy notice was mailed to you on May 1,2009 that the aforementioned property was
in violation of City Code,Chapter 12, Sec 12-1 (b)(11):
Allowing Vegetation To Exceed 12 Inches In Height
On Jane 4,2009 the aforementioned property was re-inspected and properly posted with two 7-day notices per state
statute for the violation. A re-inspection on Jane 10,2009 revealed the lawn had not been cut and June 11,2009 the
City's Public Works Department cut the lawn,and per City Ordinance,Chapter 12,Sec 12-2,all costs incurred by
the City are being billed to you and a lien placed on you property.
The total amount of the costs incurred for the work done by the City of Atlantic Beach is$654.66. The invoice
meant plus advertising costs is being posted as a Hen on the property at a rate of 10 percent per aunum from the
date of certification until paid.
