Consider this a Courtesy Notice of Violation. That while conducting a routine Code Enforcement patrol,
the City's Code Enforcement Officer identified the aforementioned property to be in violation of the
following City Codes:

Chapter 6,Sec 6-16: Broken window
Chapter 12,Sec 12-1 (b)(7):Trash and Rubbish
Chapter 24,Sec 24-163(b)(1):Having more then one recreational vehicle
In an effort to eliminate any undo hardship,I am granting you until April 15,2009 to remove all the
rubbish from your trailer and removing one of the trailers from your property. You are also being granted
60 days from the receipt of this notification to paint the exterior trim on your house and repair the broken
window.
Furthermore,you are reminded of your responsibilities as a property owner and that violations of city
code can result in fines of up to $500.00 per day from the Code Enforcement Board.
