Consider this an official Notification of Violation. The City's Code Enforcement Officer has
identified the aforementioned property to be in violation of City Code for stagnant water.
In an effort to eliminate any undo hardship I am granting you 30 days to bring the swimming pool into
compliance by properly chlorinating it within 7 days and by either repairing it or by providing plans
for it's removal within 30 days.
In it's present condition,the pool is both a health and a safety hazard and must be brought into
compliance. Furthermore you are reminded of your responsibilities as a property owner,and that
failure to comply will result in Code Enforcement Action,and that continued violations can incur fines
of up to$500.00 per day,per violation from the Code Enforcement Board.
