Dear Mr. Lewis,
Consider this as an Official Notification of Violation for violating the following Atlantic Beach City
Ordinances:
Chapter 19, Sec 19-1:Obstructing City Right of Way
Chapter 12,Sec 12-1 (b)(2): Illegally depositing tree debris on City Right of Way.
Investigation by the City's Code Enforcement Officer has identified you of violating the aforementioned
City Codes, in that you routinely use the City Right of Way on West 14"'Street for the parking/storing
of trucks and tree removal equipment, and tree debris. While line use of the City's Right of Ways is
permitted for the purpose of loading and unloading of equipment and supplies, they can not to be used
for the parking/storage of your trucks and equipment, or the temporary storage of tree debris.
As Code Enforcement Officer, I am granting you 3 days from receipt of this notification to bring your
business into full compliance. Furthermore you are reminded that your business license restricts you
to your place of business and not to the City's streets and Right Of Ways, and that continued violations
can result in fines of up to$500.00 per incident, per day from the Code Enforcement Board.
