Subject:Violation of Atlantic Beach City Code
Dear Mr. Echevarria,
Consider this as an Official Notification of Violation for violating Atlantic Beach City Code. That while
conducting a routine drive though of your neighborhood on August 21,2009,the Code Enforcement
Officer observed that you were in violation of the following City Codes:
1. Chapter 24, Sec 24-163(b)(2):Trailer not properly parked/stored.
2. Chapter 19,Sec 19-1: obstructing City Right of Way or Street
As you have previously been notified that your unattended/detached trailer cannot be left in the City
Right of Way, no additional notifications orwamings will be given.
To remain in compliance with City Code any unattended/detached trailer cannot be stored on City
Right of Way and when parked/stored it must be kept at least 15 feet behind the City Right of Way.
Furthermore I would like to remind you of your responsibilities as a resident of Atlantic Beach, that
future violations can result in the trailer being towed by the city at your expense, and can include fines
of up to$500.00 per violation, per day from the Code Enforcement Board.
