3. Chapter 17 Sec 1711 (b)Rental sign in poor condition
4. Chapter 24 Sec 24-151 (a): Illegal canopy
5. Chapter 6,Sec 6-16:Adoption International Property Maintenance Code:
a. 304.2 Building walls not property maintained
b. 304.8 Roof fascialeves no properly maintained
In an effort to eliminate any undue hardship, I am granting you 45 days from receipt of this notification to correct
allthe aforementioned items by:
1. Ensure all buildings that face a roadway have pemwnentivisible numbers.
2. Remove all junk/rubbish that is stored outside.
3. Repaint or replace weathered rental signs-
4. Remove all temporary structures(canopies,tents,awnings,.etc) .
5-. Patcha8 holes in walls and property seat and paint.
6. Prime and paint all raw wood surfaces.
7. Properly prep and paint atfpeetiag:fascia and eves.
