Consider this letter an Official Notification of Violation. That while responding to a complaint,the Code
Enforcement Officer identified the aforementioned property of being in violation of City Code. On April
28,2008,the City Commission approved and updated the City Code regarding outside displays and
storage,subsequently this has adversely affected what can be legally stored out doors or in any location
on a lot where such items can be visible from adjacent properties.
As a result of these changes,your property and several others are now in violation of the following City
Code:
Chapter 24,Sec 24154(g): Prohibited Outside Storage
To eliminate any hardship,I am granting you 21 days from receipt of this notification to relocate any
items that are stored within your yard that are not normally considered to be for outside use.
Furthermore you are reminded of your responsibilities m a property owner and that failure to comply can
result in fines of$500.00 per day,per violation from the Code Enforcement Board.
