No person shall park a motor vehicle on any street or right-of-way for a period of time in excess of seventy-two (72) hours. This letter requests that the noted violations be removing the two remaining tractor trailers currently stored in the public city right of way and cease any future storage in the public right of way and call for an inspection to verify compliance within ten (10) days of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before December 2,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
