To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Is it possible to abate the tree stump violation but cuttina the tree stumps low to the around?Removal tends to be expensive and this property is a presale foreclosure. This is a pre-sale property meaning the homeowner still holds title.The bank is interested in maintaining and preserving the property throughout the foreclosure process.Once there is a foreclosure sale the property will either be sold to someone OR title will be transferred to the bank.Once the title transfers the property becomes REO and additional repair/cosmetic repairs are addressed.
