RE: Notice of Violation of Atlantic Beach Code of ordinances,Chapter 21,Section 21-16(b)—Manner of
Parking at property known as: 460 Whiting Lane,Atlantic Beach,31-16 38-2S-29E Royal Palms Unit 2A,

Dear Mr.Selhorst;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to be in
violation of Chapter 21,Section 21-16(b) per Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances which states"(b)No vehicle,trailer,
boat,equipment of any kind shall be temporarily or permanently puked or placed in any location on public or private
property,which interferes with the safe,clear and unobstructed sight distance of any rights-of-way intended or
designated for use by pedestrians,bicycles,and vehicles. Such obstruction shall be immediately removed by order of
the police department,and if required,charges for towing and storage,as set forth herein shall apply."
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the trailer without a valid tag from the rlghtof way
within ten days from receipt of this letter. If the violation is cmrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected
by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if
the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250
a day for each day the violation is not corrected.
Are-inspection will be done odor after June 20,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement case set for hewing,
all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement and armage for an inspection to verify compliance.
