I received your letter today and after looking at all of our paper work I am
confused as to why you think you have grounds not to pay rent. Attached
YOU will find where your apartment was treated twice for the bed bugs that
You admitted to myself, my supervisor and my staff that it was your,previous
roommate that brought this infestation into our apartment- you even agreed

to pay for the service and you were going to file suit gainst previous
roommate to recover your money. I spoke to Jeff with Crown Pest Control
and he has stated that the last time he was in the apartment he saw no
activity and you stated everything was fine. The stove was not called in until
7/29/2011 and maintenance was there the same day to repair it. At the time
of stove repairs your current roommate stated to maintenance that the
apartment was getting much cooler. The leak under kitchen sink was also
repaired and wood replaced when this was called in. I am giving you copies
of all the backup of the things that have been discussed. We have done
everything you have asked of us. you were in my office on 7/25/2011 and
You brought none of these issues to my attention when you were discussing
the Police being called on you and your neighbors. If you hold rent past the
