Stephanie Tartarini Dear Stephanie; My first complaint about a stairway was on December 15,2011. A tenant(do not have a name on my complaint form) from Unit 138 complained that there was a missing railing on his stairway and that the steps were very slick when it rained. I also received two other complaints on the same day from Units 51 &54 about the stairways. I inspected all three stairways and all were unfounded. I received a request from you on April 18,2012 to come and look at the stairway for units 51-54. The second step from the bottom appeared to be pushed out about an inch. I instructed maintenance to push the step back into place which they did. On June 21,2012 I again received a request from you to look at the steps at the same building units 51-54. The step again was pushed out about an inch to an inch and a half,I instructed maintenance to secure the step so it could not be pushed out again. I inspected the step on June 26,2012 and the step is now secured with bolts. Case complied and closed June 26,2012. Please call if there are any other questions.
