We,the undersigned General Connector and Electrician,understand and agree:
1. "Early Power".is pmely for our enqutnrW on fonvenience, it is nTLTuired by Codes and does 30l
subsume for Final insPeetions or the C/O(Certltmam of Occupancy must be issued IT on occupancy,
and as such is at the discretion of The Buildmg Official.
2. The City of Atlantic Beach will make a special inspection prior to,the early power energizing. All Tough
inspections must have prior Approval,including meter base connechom.
3. Occupancy or use of the npw construcnun before a formal C/O constitutes fraudulent use of the early
eleemc service. Such aetum is expressly prphibited and penalised by The City of Atlantic Beech
Ordmenees. &vio]ation of this Agreement shell result m a request for prompt removal of electric service
aftcr a twenty-four hour notice.
4. "Barly Power"release authority is the Electrician an the Contractor and must out occur before:
a. Pqm men;devices and Sxtures are installed(or blanked o�safely.
b. PmeeYis complete with breakers and cover,end(labeling required it£anal inspection).
e. Service connection and grounding is complete.
& The electric system has safely passed through electrical check.

f. Temporaryadtlresa num ars displayed(Permanent numbers are required for C/O).
5. This ally completed form ism be submitted to the Building Depar ment by hand,mad or fax.
6. Future such Agreements will not be accepted from those who violate any enc of the above items.
