that the request is in accordance vnth the preceding term and provisions of this Sectum and that the granting of the
Variance will be in hatursony with the Purpose and Intent of this Chapter
(f) Approval of Lesser Variames. The Coummity Devc[opmmt Board shall have the authority to approve a lesserr
Variance than requested if a lesser Variance shot[be room appropriately in accord with the term and promions,of
this Section and with the Purpose and intent of this Chapter
(g) Nearby Nonconformity. Nonconforming chamc:tcristics of nearby 1,,ds, Structures or Buildings shall not be
grounds for approval of a Variance.
(h) Waiting period for rc-submittal. if an application for a Variance is denied by dr,Conummity DcvclOpmnt Board,
