I am in the navy and currently in the middle of a deployment aboard the USS Dwight D. 1 i Eisenhower.I was unaware that said vehicle had not been moved or may seem to be in an inoperable status.It was a gift to me from my swim coach who took me in under his supervision as I worked to achieve my citizenship in the country. I have talked to my father and brother whom I entrusted the vehicle for safekeeping while I am in a deployment status. I wanted to respectfully request an extension on the citation so I can assure with a technician that the vehicle is within city ordinance.
