ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
2016 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2017 FOR APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS IN THE POLICE PENSION FUND, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
