Unfinished Business from Previous Meetings A. Public Hearing- Request for a Waiver from City Code Section 19-7 Driveway Limitations to Allow a Circular Driveway at 1661 Park Terrace East. B. Public Hearing- 16-SPPR-269 - Request for plat approval as required by Chapter 24, Article 4 of the Code of Ordinances at Selva Marina Unit 1, Parts of Lots 28 and 29 (aka 1251 Selva Marina Circle). 4. Consent Agenda ALL MATTERS LISTED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ROUTINE BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION IN THE FORM LISTED BELOW. Ordinance No. 20-17-143, Introduction and First Reading AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2016 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2017, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 8. Miscellaneous Business (Discussion only) A. 17-UBEX-333- Request for a use-by-exception as permitted by Section 24-63, to allow a limited wholesale operation, not involving industrial products or processes or the manufacturing of products of any kind as listed in Section 24-111(c)(5) in the Commercial General zoning district at 1475 Main Street. 9.
