to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances,to wit:

IPMC Sec.302.8-Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,
major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled".(INOPERABLE WHITE

This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing the vehicle from the
premises within ten (10)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations.Upon completing the corrective action required,it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

Sergeant Jevic and I noticed a vehicle off the roadway at 605 Sturdivant.The vehicle appears to be abandoned.The tag is
DWYK72 and it is a white 1980 Triumph.The vehicle is covered in rust and has flat tires.The vehicle is parked behind a
building.The tag is expired and it comes back to Anthony Gonzalez, 11627 Greenland Hideaway Dr E,Jax,FL 32258.
Sergeant Jevic said that the vehicle has been there since 1/16/17.
