Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances,to wit:
VIOLATION
IPMC Sec.302.8 -Motor Vehicles 'No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,
major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled".(ABANDONED,
INOPERABLE,UNLICENSED RED HONDA ACCORD STORED ON VACANT LOT)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing the vehicle from the
premises within ten (10)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

Mrs.White,
I noticed a vehicle( 1995 honda 4 door car, red)backed up against a fence across from 40 Simmons Rd. It has a California
tag,3KLE943,VIN 1HGCD5632SA006722.The tag is suspended.The vehicle has 4 flat tires,and uncut grass around the
vehicle.The vehicle appeared to be abandoned and contained miscellaneous inside the vehicle. In the windshield,there
was a for sale sign and said to call Bonny Marsh @ 904-930-7809. 1 contacted Mrs.Marsh and spoke with her.Mrs.
Marsh lives at 60 Simmons Rd.Mrs. Marsh said that the vehicle was towed to the location and she is trying to sell it.
Mrs.Marsh said that her property manager will not let her store the vehicle in her driveway.
