The annual Meeting of Members of the above named Limited Liability Company
was held on August 61h, 2016 at fpm EST at 3503 Kernan Blvd S, Ste 7,
Jacksonville, FL 32224 by all the members.
There was present at the meeting all of the members of the above named Limited
Liability Company:
Kimberly Cerrato
Christine King
The meeting was called to order by Kimberly Cerrato, it was moved, seconded and
unanimously carried that Kimberly Cerrato act as chairman and that Christine King
act as Secretary. The Chairman then stated that all of the members were present.
The managing member presented his/hers annual report and, after discussion,
the report was accepted and ordered filed with the Secretary.
The Chairman noted that it was in order to consider electing managing members
for the ensuing year. Upon nominations duly made and seconded, the following
were unanimously elected managing members of the Limited Liability Company,
to server forthe ensuing year and until their successors are elected and qualified:
Managing Member: Kimberly Cerrato and Christine King
Secretary: Christine King
