PROJECT NO.: 17-2090 LEGACY REPORT1 LAB NO.:: 1-1000 ENGINEERING, INC DATE: 2/92017 Geotechnical d Materials Engineering and Testing REPORT OF: Chemical Testing of Existing Soils PROJECT: 275 Sherry Drive-Atlantic Beach,Florida CONTRACTOR: Pinnacle Homes Corporation CLIENT: Pinnacle Homes Corporation Attn: Mr.Tim Quinn 265 Edge of Woods Road St.Augustine,FL 32092 SAMPLE LOCATION: House Pad Area-275 Sherry Drive DATE SAMPLED: February 1,2017 On February 1, 2017, a bulk sample of the soils from the subject building areas was sampled and delivered to ALS Environmental by our laboratory for chemical analysis and testing to determine if the existing soils contain fuels and/or fuel/oil contaminants. This report presents the results of the testing performed. A bulk sample of the soils was taken in the vicinity of where a previous existing buried fuel tank was located on the site. The testing performed on the soils included testing for volatile organic compounds, semi-volatile organic compounds and the FL-Pro (C8 - C40) series. The full test report with results is / attached for view i_/ The results of the testing performed(when compered to[he State of Florida Soil Cleanup Target Levels) indicate[hat the soils do not contain any significant levels of fuels or fueVoil contaminants which would require removal and/or remediation. D Measurement was made in the field. N Value based on field kit detemtination;results may not be accurate. I The reported value is between the laboratory method detection limit and the laboratory practical quantitation limit. 1 Estimated value(one ofthe following reasons is discussed in the project case narrative). 1. The result may be inaccurate because the surrogate recovery limits have been exceeded 2. No known quality control criteria exists for the component. 3. The reported value failed to meet the established quality control criteria for either precision or accuracy. 4. The sample matrix interfered with the ability to make any accurate determination(e.g., primary and confirmation results show greater than 40%RPD). 5. The data is questionable because of improper laboratory or field protocols(e.g.,GUMS Time did not meet method criteria). K Off scale low. The value is less than the lowest calibration standard but greater than the method reporting limit(MRL). L Offscale high. The analyte is above the upper limit ofthe linear calibration range. M The MDL/MRL has been elevated because the analyte could not be accurately quantified due to matrix interference. N Presumptive evidence ofthe analyte. Confirmation wav not performed. Q Sample held beyond the accepted holding time. T Value reported is less than the laboratory method detection limit. The value is reported for informational purposes only. U Indicates that the compound was analyzed for but not detected. V Indicates that the analyte was detected in both the sample and the associated method blank. Y The laboratory analysis was from an improperly preserved sample. Z Too many colonies were present(TNTC). The numeric value represents the filtration volume.
