I am in receipt of the Notice of Hearing scheduled for next Tuesday,March 14,2017,at
6:00 p.m. I am an attorney and am traveling to Portland, Maine on March 14, 2017 to appear at a
federal court hearing scheduled for March 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the case of Malaney v Social
Security Administration Commissioner,Case No. 2:16-cv-404-GZS (D. Me.). As a result of this
scheduling conflict,I respectfully request a postponement of the hearing.
