Also, will share with you immediately if the driveway area that has been cleared is paved in any way. We will also start documenting, by taking dated license plate photos, the fact that "long-term" rentals are actually being utilized for much shorter periods than the required three months. Also, much remodeling has been done over the past year, and we would be curious if permits were pulled. If not, we will also make you aware of future remodeling being done.
