Dear Mr.Rady,
Pursuant to your request, I have inspected the above referenced property for the presence
and extent of jurisdictional wetlands as defined by the St. Johns River Water
Management District (SJRWMD)/Florida Department of Environmental Protection
(FDEP)and US Army Corps of Engineers(CE).
The property was inspected on November 5, 2015 and found to contain no jurisdictional
wetlands as defined by the above reference agencies; however, there are jurisdictional,
upland-cut ditches located partially on and adjacent to the subject property (Figure 1).
Upland-cut ditches ate considered surface waters by SJRWMD/FDEP and water quality,
hydroperiod, and existing drainage should be maintained during and after construction or a
permit from SJRWMD/FDEP may be required. Additionally, no upland buffer should be
required adjacent to the ditches.
