Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances,to wit:
VIOLATIONS
IPMC Sec.302.8-Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,
major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled".(DISMANTLED
TRAILER NO WHEELS,WHITE CHEVROLET TRUCK INOPERABLE,DOGE VAN
EXPIRED tag)
IPMC 302.4 Weeds.All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or
plant growth in excess of twelve(12)inches.All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall
be defined as all grasses,annual plants and vegetation,other than trees or shrubs provided;
however,this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens.(PARTIALLY
OVERGROWN PROPERTY)
IPMC Sec. 301.0 Vacant Structures and Land. All vacant structures shall be maintained in a
clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to cause a blighting
problem or adversely affect the public health or safety.(MAINTAIN PROPERTY IN CLEAN,
SAFE,SECURE AN SANITARY CONDITION)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by all inoperable,unlicensed
vehicles from the premises,mow and clean entire property and maintain in clean,secure
and sanitary conditon within ten(10)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required,it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
